CONFERENCE VENUE
- WCQR2026 will take place at the Faculty of Education, Complutense University of Madrid:
- Address: C. del Rector Royo-Villanova, 1, Moncloa – Aravaca, 28040 Madrid, Spain
- Secretariat, parallel sessions, panel discussions, workshops, demo sessions: first floor.
- Plenary Conferences, coffee breaks, lunch meals: ground floor.
- Lifts are available.

CHECK-IN AND SUPPORT
- The WCQR2026 Secretariat will operate daily in Room 1524, on the first floor.
- On your first day at WCQR2026, please check in at the Secretariat to collect your delegate bag.
- The name tag must be worn at all times for access to conference areas; please keep it visible.
- Support staff will be available in every room throughout the event. Please contact them if you require assistance. Meet the team here.
WI-FI CONNECTION
- Wi-Fi access will be available to all participants. Login credentials can be obtained at the Secretariat.
MEALS
- WCQR2026 registration includes coffee breaks and lunch meals, which will be served in the cafeteria on the ground floor.
- Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options will be available.

CERTIFICATES
Certificates will be issued and sent by email after WCQR2026. For authors presenting communications, certificates will also be available for download from your personal area on the Galoá platform.
