Review of full papers by the associated journals.

Publication of selected papers by associated journals.
Publication Policy
- Abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Conference Proceedings, provided that at least one author of the abstract is registered for the Conference.
- Only abstracts submitted under the Paper Abstract category are eligible for consideration for publication in associated journals. Project abstracts are not eligible.
- Acceptance of an abstract for presentation at WCQR2027 does not guarantee publication in an associated journal, nor does it guarantee an invitation to submit a full paper.
- Selected Paper abstracts may be invited for submission to associated journals. Selection for invitation is based on:
the peer review evaluation of the abstract,
the relevance of the topic, and
alignment with the scope and priorities of the respective journal.
- The selection of abstracts for journal invitation is conducted independently by each journal’s editorial team.
- Invited authors will receive detailed information regarding submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and deadlines.
- Full papers submitted to associated journals will undergo the journal’s standard independent peer review process and must comply with its editorial policies and quality standards.
- Publication in an associated journal is optional.
Important:
- The invitation for publication is based on the final version of the Paper Abstract approved for the World Conference on Qualitative Research. WCQR assumes no responsibility if the full paper submitted for publication differs from the selected abstract, which may result in rejection by the journal.
- Additionally, please be aware that some journals may charge a submission and a publication fee.
- Authors may decline publication and choose to present their work in person or online only.
- The invitation for publication will be withdrawn if authors fail to complete their conference registration.
