- Abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Conference Abstracts Book, provided that at least one author is registered for the Conference and the abstract does not exceed the specified word limit.
- Authors of selected Paper Abstracts will be invited to send a full paper version of their work (optional) for publication in journals associated with WCQR2025, provided the work aligns with the scope of the journals.
- The selection of abstracts for publication in affiliated journals is based on the following criteria: peer review evaluation, the theme of the abstract, and its compatibility with the journal’s scope.
- The selection of abstracts for publication in affiliated journals is carried out by each journal’s editorial team.
- When invited to publish, authors will receive detailed instructions, deadlines, and templates.
- Full papers submitted to affiliated journals will undergo a review process conducted by the journal’s editorial team.
- PLEASE NOTE: the invitation for publication is based on the final version of the Paper Abstract approved for the World Conference on Qualitative Research. WCQR takes no responsibility if the full paper submitted for publication differs from the selected abstract. Additionally, this may result in rejection by the journal.
- Please be aware that some publications may charge a publication fee.
- Authors may decline the publication of their work and opt only to present their work in person or online.
