Tricia Kress, Ph.D. is a Full Professor and Director of the Educational Leadership for Diverse Learning Communities doctoral program at Molloy University. She has been mentoring doctoral students in the field of education for nearly two decades. Her research problematizes the reproduction of social inequalities through the institution of schooling and explores the potential of critical pedagogy and innovative research methods as tools for rethinking and reforming teaching and learning to be more empowering. She is co-editor of the book series Imagination & Praxis: Criticality and Creativity in Education and Educational Research with DeGruyter Brill and has published and presented widely.
