Payment methods and cancellation conditions
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a payment link (provided by the hotel)
- 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking
- Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date (the amount will be refunded). After that date, bookings are non-refundable.
