Douro River Dinner Cruise (21 january)
The in-person edition of the 11th World Conference on Qualitative Research will include a dinner on 21 January. This farewell gathering will take place aboard a cruise along the Douro River, passing under the river’s six bridges (the route is subject to weather conditions).
The dinner will also feature live entertainment, including a performance of traditional Portuguese Fado music.
Note: Dinner is not included in the conference registration fee and must be booked and paid for separately. Accompanying guests are welcome and must also register.

Menu
Appetisers – White Port wine, orange juice and water, traditional meat bread (bola de carne), bacon-wrapped sausages, codfish cakes, veal croquettes, ham-filled pastries, meat pastries (rissóis de carne) and samosas.
Soup – Cream of vegetable soup
Main course – Roasted pork loin with roast potatoes, rice and sautéed vegetables
Vegetarian option – Vegetarian lasagne
Dessert – Red berry cheesecake
Beverages – Portuguese white and red wine, juice, water and coffee
