IMPORTANT

Registration Information

• At least one author per accepted abstract must register to ensure its presentation at WCQR2027.
• All authors who will present an abstract, panel discussion, or workshop must register for the conference, regardless of whether they are presenting in person or online. Co-authors who are not registered may not participate in the presentation, either in person or online.
• Please register according to your mode of participation:
  • In-person attendees: select an In-person option.
  • Online attendees: select an Online option.

Registration Categories

Authors, Panel Discussion & Workshop Facilitators

• Abstract Author (in person or online):
  For authors of accepted abstracts.
• Extra Abstract (in person or online):
  This item must be added to the registration when the same author is presenting a second abstract.
• Panel Discussion Facilitator (in person or online):
  For facilitators of accepted panel discussions.
• Workshop Facilitator (in person):
  For facilitators of accepted workshops.
• Master’s / Doctoral Student:
  For Master’s or Doctoral students presenting abstracts.
  • Online presentation only.
  • Proof of enrolment from the participant’s institution is required (e.g., a student certificate, official confirmation letter, or another document verifying current enrolment or affiliation).
• Author / Participant from Least Developed Countries (LDCs): for authors of accepted abstracts or participants from countries included in the United Nations list of least developed countries (see here).
  • Online presentation and participation only.
  • Proof of enrolment from the participant’s institution is required (e.g., a student certificate, official confirmation letter, or another document verifying current enrolment or affiliation).

Presentation Limits

• A registered author may present up to two abstracts. The second abstract must be added to their registration as an “Extra Abstract.”

• Panel Discussion Facilitators may also submit one abstract, included in their registration.

• Workshop Facilitators may also submit one abstract, included in their registration.

Participants (Non-Presenting Attendees)

• Participant (in person):
  For attendees without submissions who wish to attend sessions on site (includes access to the online programme).
• Participant (online):
  For attendees without submissions who wish to access online sessions only.

• The conference program will be structured based on the presentation mode selected by authors.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
