Important
- At least one author per accepted abstract must register to ensure its presentation at WCQR2026.
- All authors who wish to participate in the presentation of their abstract must register for the conference under the “Author” category (whether presenting in person or online).
- The “Extra Abstract” option applies only when an author is presenting a second abstract.
- Register under the appropriate category based on your participation mode:
- In-person attendees: Choose the In-person option(s).
- Online attendees: Choose the Online option(s).
Registration Categories
Authors & Panel Discussion Facilitators
- Author (presenting in person or online) – For authors of accepted abstracts.
- Panel Discussion Facilitator (presenting in person or online) – For facilitators of accepted panel discussions.
- Master’s / Doctoral Student (presenting online) – For Master’s or Doctoral students presenting abstracts online. Students must provide proof of enrollment from their institution.
- A registered author may present up to two abstracts. The second abstract must be added to their registration as an “Extra Abstract”.
- Panel Discussion Facilitators may submit one abstract included in their registration. For a second abstract, they must pay for the “Extra Abstract”.
Participants (Non-Presenting Attendees)
- Participant (in person) – For attendees without submissions who wish to join sessions in person (with access to the online program).
- Participant (online) – For attendees without submissions who wish to access online sessions.
