The deadline for submitting Panel Discussion proposals to the 11th World Conference on Qualitative Research (WCQR2027) has been extended.

WCQR2027 will take place from 19 to 21 January 2027 at ISLA – Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology, in V.N. Gaia – Porto, Portugal, and from 1 to 4 February 2027 online.

Panel sessions are designed to foster in-depth debate and meaningful interaction among participants, encouraging reflection on methodological approaches, research practices, and emerging issues in qualitative research. They promote critical dialogue, exchange of experiences, and the introduction of innovative perspectives, theories, and concepts across the human and social sciences, technology, and education.

We invite research teams and groups to propose engaging and thought-provoking panels that bring together multiple perspectives. We encourage sessions that address emerging topics, methodological innovations, or critical challenges in qualitative research.

Panels can be delivered in person or online (synchronous session).
