Nikki Hayfield is an Associate Director of Psychology within the School of Social Sciences at the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, UK. Nikki co-authored Essentials of Thematic Analysis with Gareth Terry, as part of the American Psychological Association’s Essentials of Qualitative Methods series. She teaches reflexive thematic analysis to various audiences and regularly writes about the method with Gareth Terry, Victoria Clarke, and Virginia Braun. Nikki’s research interests sit at the intersections of gender, sexualities, and social and reproductive justice, including childfree identities. Their current research focus is on women’s relationships during peri/menopause.
